I’m a certified Cognitive Therapist, Mindfulness Trainer and Life Coach.
My approach is based on Cognitive Therapy and Behavioral Restructuring, Mindfulness for Peak Performance and Life Coaching.
The aim of my goal oriented therapy is finding balance between cognitive and physical aspects, focusing on stress management, decreasing anxiety and burnout prevention. To maintain and improve peak performance living life fully, I provide individual, couple and group therapy sessions for stress management, burnout, expat cultural shock, intercultural issues, parenthood, teenagers development issues, anger management, anxiety management, career development.
I have been living in the Netherlands since several years and I perfectly understand the challenges of the adjustment to a new culture and the cultural shock issue. My academic background and my professional experience allowed me to get a deep knowledge of different cultures and adaptation problems.
I finished my course of study in 2006 then I completed my specialization at Monash University. In 2015 I finished my apprenticeship in Cognitive Therapy at the Francesca Eleuteri Psychology Studio in Amsterdam, Functioning Psychology, where I conduct my private practice as certified Cognitive Behavioral Therapist, specialized at CBT for Anxiety, Depression and Phobias in the UK Renaissance Life Therapies Institute, following also courses at Beck Institute for Cognitive Behavior Therapy.
I have a deeper knowledge in the Far East and Western Meditation Techniques, hence I became a Mindfulness Trainer specialized in Peak Performance.
From 2015 I’m a Certified Coach by International Association of Certificated Coach, International Coach Federation, Certified Coach Alliance and the Life Coach Training Institute.
